One idea that is growing in popularity, and for good reason,<\/span> is the signature wedding cocktail. <\/span><\/i>You can pick one that matches your decor scheme, your personality, your venue or<\/span> just downright tastes delicious. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

There is a potential bonus in the idea for the budget conscious as well as rather than forking over for a full open bar you could simply<\/span> opt to offer soda, beer and wine and then as a bonus, your stunning signature drink<\/b>. Serve it all in the <\/span>appropriate wedding glassware<\/span><\/a> and it should all go down very well. <\/span><\/p>\n

Open up any bartender’s companion book and you will find that there are <\/span>hundreds of great cocktail ‘recipes’ <\/b>out there and the very adventurous could even consider creating their own. To provide you with a little inspiration though these are some of our favorite choices. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ciroc Lola <\/span><\/h2>\n

Flowers are a big part of any wedding<\/b> and so the fact that not only does this cocktail contain a rather flowery element but is also customarily garnished with a flower means it will fit right in. <\/span>Its light pleasant taste should make it universally popular as well. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 1-ounce C\u00eeroc Vodka<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • 1 1\/2 ounces pomegranate juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • 1 teaspoon elderflower liqueur<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • 1 splash champagne<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • 1 food grade flower <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Combine all of the ingredients, with the exception of the champagne<\/b>, together in a cocktail shaker. Shake, pour over ice the glass and <\/span>top of with champagne and your beautiful bloom. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

            Cranberry Kiss <\/span><\/h2>\n

            This dark pink concoction is both <\/span>sweet-tart and spicy<\/b> and provides as much of a <\/span>visual spark as it does a kick to the tastebuds. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

            Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n

            • 3\/4 ounces Spiced Rum<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • 2 ounces collins mix<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • 2 ounces cranberry juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • Lemon or lime wedge (according to personal taste) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker,<\/span> stir and serve over ice<\/b> adding a lemon or lime wedge for garnish. The green of the lime against the cranberry colored cocktail does offer the biggest visual impact <\/span>but may not be to everyone’s taste. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

                    Cuervo Especial Oasis<\/span><\/h2>\n

                    Perfect for the university sweethearts who originally bonded over shots of tequila,<\/span> this grown-up take on the ever-popular white spirit is a sophisticated stunner. <\/b><\/p>\n

                    Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • 1 ounce Cuervo Especial Gold<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • 1\/2 ounces triple sec<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        • 2 ounces cranberry juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                            \n
                          • 1-ounce orange juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                              \n
                            • 1 slice lemon, for garnish <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker<\/b>, serve in a martini glass garnished with lemon. <\/span><\/p>\n

                              The Craft Beer Option <\/span><\/h2>\n

                              Not sure that all of your guests will be persuaded to <\/span>trade a cold beer for a cocktail?<\/b> Then why not consider the craft beer option instead, <\/span>served in appropriately personalized bottles of course<\/span><\/i>.
