But here’s where things get interesting.

Like most people, I make a natural assumption. If someone is taking the time to thank me, if they’re clearly getting value from what I share, then surely they must be ordering from GO regularly… right?

Before I reply (which I always do personally, even if it takes me a little longer these days), I quickly check their account.

And more often than you’d believe — they’re not actually using GO at all.
No regular orders. Sometimes no orders whatsoever.

I’ll be honest: it surprises me every single time.
